Farm Management, Reinvented

Your farm runs.
Even when you're not there.

BirtokOS is the operating system for Erdőszéli Birtok. Orders, harvests, customers, outreach, all managed autonomously from a single dashboard, whether you're in Nagyvázsony or Brussels.

A family farm on the edge of the forest

Erdőszéli Birtok sits in Hungary's Balaton Uplands, one of fewer than 200 hectares growing almonds commercially in the entire country. Founded in 2020, the farm produces almonds, hazelnuts, heritage cherries, and plums with a commitment to agroecology and biodiversity.

BirtokOS was built to solve a specific problem: how do you run a farm in Nagyvázsony when you live in Brussels? The answer is an autonomous system that handles the operational details so you can focus on what matters, growing something real.

What BirtokOS handles

Everything a farm owner needs to manage remotely, distilled into the tools that actually matter.

Product & Inventory

Track your vacuum-packed almonds, hazelnuts, cherries, and plums. Know what's in stock, what's sold, what's ready to ship.

Harvest Planning

Seasonal scheduling aligned to Balaton Uplands conditions. Almond bloom in spring, cherry and plum in summer, hazelnut in autumn.

Customer Management

Direct-to-consumer relationships tracked and nurtured. Know who orders what, when they reorder, and how to reach them.

Growth & Outreach

Find specialty food stores, farmers' market organizers, and artisan distributors. Automated outreach that sounds human, because it is.

The land doesn't wait. Neither should your business.

Every almond that ripens on the Balaton Uplands is a small miracle of climate, soil, and stubbornness. BirtokOS exists so the business side keeps pace with what the land produces. Sustainable farming deserves sustainable operations.
